Hi there, I'm Natalie.

I transform complex, technical content into designs that feel human, helpful, and easy to navigate.

I am a web designer who has spent the past several years helping federal agencies improve the way people interact with health care, science, and financial services online. I love digging into a problem, applying user research methodologies, testing to uncover what really matters, and then turning those insights into clean, accessible designs that make complex systems easier to navigate.
From sketching wireframes to building high-fidelity mockups, I create experiences that are both user-friendly and aligned with business goals. Using modern tools including AI, I'm able to speed up design iterations, improve accessibility compliance, and keep projects moving forward. Collaboration is key for me and I enjoy working side-by-side with developers and stakeholders to bring thoughtful, inclusive digital experiences to life.
Concurrently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) at the University of Maryland, where I am deepening my understanding of how people and technology connect. Currently enrolled in Generative AI in User Experience (UX): Transforming UX Practices, I am discovering new ways to integrate AI into my design processes.
